It started as a mindless phrase John would yell in the back of the house during events a few summers ago. Now, it’s our company anthem. You’ll hear our staff say it as they pass each other with heavy trays at the end of dinner service, or while "flipping a room" at 2:00 AM.
For us, it captures the rhythmic confidence of knowing our team will execute almost flawlessly. It’s the feeling of a bride telling us we delivered the wedding of her dreams, or the adrenaline of pulling off massive Super Bowl events that few companies could manage. In this business, there are no "second chances," and our commitment is to deliver an exceptional experience every single time.
A Family Legacy in the Heart of Indy
JPS Events began as a husband-and-wife team in 2002. Today, that family footprint has grown into a powerhouse of Modern Metropolitan Sophistication. We are proud to have our children leading the way full-time: Cassidy as our Lead Designer/General Manager, Bill as Director of Marketing/Business Development, and Adam as Operations Manager.

What truly sets JPS apart is the people standing behind the brand. While many venues rely on inconsistent temporary staffing, JPS Events has never used a temp agency for any position—and that includes every single one of our servers and bartenders.
Our team isn't just a crew; they are family. Most of our staff are either related to us or have become like family over the years, with our average employee staying with us between 3 to 15 years. This permanent, dedicated team is the secret to our seamless execution and "we’ve got you" energy. When you see a familiar face behind the bar or at your table, you’re seeing someone who knows our standards, our space, and your vision inside and out.

Patti Stowers
Owner, Creative Director & Lead Day-Of CoordinatorMeet Patti Stowers—co-owner, creative visionary, and the heart behind the JPS Events identity. Patti is the ultimate brains behind our brand philosophy—everything our clients see, feel, and fall in love with exists because of her vision. She remains deeply hands-on in every part of the experience, from meeting couples in sales consultations to designing with our in-house floral and decor team. On your wedding day, Patti serves as your lead day-of coordinator, bringing effortless calm, unmatched precision, and an eye for luxury so you can relax and truly enjoy your celebration.
When she’s not curating show-stopping weddings, Patti loves tending to her garden, traveling the world with her family, and spending every moment she can playing with her new grandson. Her passion for high-end aesthetics and genuine hospitality is what makes every JPS wedding feel both exceptionally elevated and deeply personal.
John stowers
Meet John Stowers—co-owner and the original operational mastermind behind JPS Events. Drawing on his background in high-end restaurant and nightclub management, John designed the blueprint that elevates our event operations and guest service to a world-class level. If Patti is the dreamer with big aesthetic visions, John is the doer who brings them to life. He handles the engine under the hood—ensuring setup, catering, bar execution, and event flow run like clockwork so your big day is entirely stress-free.
When he’s not turning big wedding dreams into flawless reality, John loves unwinding in his backyard by the pool, traveling with his family, and playing with his new grandson. His steady leadership, operational focus, and devotion to service excellence ensure every event at Regions Tower is executed flawlessly.

Cassidy Stowers
Meet Cassidy Stowers—our Lead Designer, Planner, and Event Day Manager (and the fabulous daughter of our owners, Patti and John!). Cassidy is your ultimate design confidante; she sits down with you one-on-one to meticulously map out every single detail of your day, translating your high-end vision into a flawless, show-stopping reality. She handles all the heavy lifting from aesthetic conceptualization to executing your day-of flow with total boss energy, keeping your planning completely stress-free.
When she’s not bringing luxury weddings to life, she’s jet-setting around the globe, exploring national parks, or front-row at a concert. With Cassidy steering your day, your wedding won’t just meet your high standards—it’s going to completely blow your guests away.
Lead Designer/Client Relations/Event Manager
Bill Stowers
Meet Bill Stowers—our Director of Marketing & Business Development and the oldest son of our owners, Patti and John. Bill oversees the overall marketing strategy and online presence for JPS Events, guiding Maddie on content direction and making sure everything we share feels polished, consistent, and true to our brand. He also plays a key role in business development, helping grow off-premise ventures like KIS Florals and catering while pursuing new corporate event opportunities and other ways to expand the JPS Events family of businesses. On event days, you’ll still find Bill overseeing our craft bar program and making sure the bar experience runs seamlessly from start to finish.
When he’s not working on what’s next for JPS Events, Bill loves backpacking, fishing, watching sports, and playing music. His mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on event experience helps keep JPS Events growing while staying true to the experience our clients know and love.
Director of Marketing & Business Development
adam Stowers
Meet Adam Stowers—our Operations Manager and the youngest son of our owners, Patti and John. Adam is our on-site powerhouse who leads all of our physical setups and installations, working incredibly hard to ensure the venue looks absolutely flawless before your first guest arrives. While he leaves the creative planning to our design team, he is an amazing problem solver when it comes to the heavy lifting and actual implementation of those trickier, high-end installation elements. Whether he's tirelessly executing a tight room flip, fixing layout details, or making sure the space is structurally perfect, Adam is always on the move behind the scenes so your day remains completely stress-free.
When he's off the clock, he loves playing with his dog, diving into video games, and following football. With Adam handling the implementation, you can rest easy knowing your luxury setup will be built to absolute perfection.
Operations Manager
Yousef sawaqed
Meet Yousef Sawaqed—our Executive Chef and the culinary genius behind our elevated, world-class dining experience. Internationally trained originally from Jordan in the Middle-East, Yousef is a master at creating bespoke menus that combine a variety of flavors and cuisines. If you refuse to settle for boring, standard wedding food, Yousef’s culinary expertise will be sure to impress. He curates stunning, chef-driven menus tailored to your exact tastes, effortlessly handling everything from custom cultural dishes to high-end plated entrées. Because our luxury catering is entirely in-house, he completely eliminates the chaos and stress of juggling outside vendors, ensuring your meal is executed flawlessly.
When he's not busy commanding the kitchen, Yousef loves watching soccer, playing cards, and laying down a beat on the drums. With Yousef steering your menu, your reception dinner won't just be a meal—it will be an elite culinary experience that leaves your guests completely obsessed.
Executive Chef
Meet Allison Specker—our Wedding Sales Rep and the fabulous first person you’ll meet here at JPS Events! Allison isn't just a traditional salesperson who disappears the second the contract is signed; she acts as your personal liaison and stays actively involved throughout your planning process. She is your ultimate advocate from day one, taking all the stress out of the initial steps and ensuring your high-end vision aligns perfectly with our team's execution.
When she’s not busy onboarding our luxury couples, you can find her paddle boarding on the lake, hiking with her pup, or loving on her new niece. Partnering with Allison means your wedding journey starts with total clarity, warmth, and the absolute confidence that your big day is going to be flawlessly taken care of from the very first hello.
Wedding/Outside SalesAllison Specker
Meet Nicole Stephenson—our Lead Floral Designer and essentially the adopted daughter of the Stowers family! As one of our longest-tenured team members, Nicole is the creative visionary who transforms flowers into actual works of art, meticulously bringing your dream floral installations to life. Because she heads our elite in-house floral experience, she completely eliminates the headache of sourcing an outside florist, seamlessly syncing your high-end aesthetic with the venue for a flawless, cohesive look.
When she’s not busy designing show-stopping, lush arrangements that will have your guests obsessed, she loves diving into true crime documentaries, taking her nephew on fun trips, or relaxing at home with her dogs. Having Nicole on our team means your wedding florals won’t just meet your high standards—they’re going to be an unforgettable, jaw-dropping masterpiece.

Meet Rachael Elliott—our Corporate Sales Associate and Regions Tower Liaison! When it comes to the corporate side of our business, Rachael is a total one-woman wrecking crew, effortlessly managing almost every single detail of your event from start to finish. She’s the powerhouse ensuring all of our neighbors in Regions Tower have their elevated catering and event needs met flawlessly, and the second you meet her, you’ll be completely charmed by her warm, bubbly personality and infectious smile.
When she’s not busy running the corporate scene, she loves riding her bike around Indy, scouting out the best new picnic spots, visiting local art and craft shows, or escaping to a cozy, beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway. Partnering with Rachael means your next function will be seamlessly organized , completely stress-free, and executed to absolute perfection.
Corporate SalesRachael Elliott
Meet Maddie Zedrick—our Design & Content Coordinator and Bill’s fabulous sister-in-law. Maddie assists Cassidy in your design meetings, helping keep the planning process organized and seamless. She brings our décor setups to life by styling centerpieces, creating custom Cricut vinyl lettering, and making sure every detail feels polished and intentional.
Behind the scenes, Maddie also creates and posts our social media content, collaborates on content strategy, and helps bring the personality of JPS Events to life online.
Off the clock, she’s putting together fashionable outfits, rock climbing with her husband, or spending time with her family and two dogs. Whether she’s styling your wedding day or creating content for our feeds, Maddie brings a thoughtful eye to every detail.
